I am pleased to write this letter of recommendation on behalf of Arnold Sindledecker who supervised the construction of our new home on Lake Chatuge in Hiawassee, Georgia in 2016-17.

Arnold took a great personal interest in our family project from the start and never let us down.  he maintained good communication with us throughout, had good relationships with subs and not only knew our plan inside out but improved upon it as we went along.  His keen eye and expert feel for making a good plan even better onsite really made the difference between a good product and a great one!  His suggestions for improvement ranged from interior and exterior design changes to paint and stain selections.  His many years of experience surely paid off for us!

Perhaps most importantly, Arnold is a man of integrity.  His word is his bond.  He does what he says he is going to do and he loves doing it.  I came to understand early in our relationship that Arnold gets his satisfaction from doing a good job and seeing the fruits of his labors fulfilled in a great end product and a happy homeowner.  No one could ask for more than that!
